Experteer Italy is seeking a Project Manager to lead global, multi-center clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas. You will steer cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and act as the main client contact to drive successful partnerships.

Remote or hybrid work options are available, with opportunities to contribute to bid defenses and proposals. The role requires experience as a project manager in clinical research, strong written and verbal communication, and

Competenze

Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager).
Global or regional PM experience managing all project services from startup to closure.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Mansioni

Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.
Lead and coordinate multi-functional project teams.
Train, mentor, and coach project team members.
Serve as primary client contact for project matters.
