Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recently graduated to gain hands‑on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives.

Our internships will give you first‑hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading‑edge technology.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards.
• Assisting with day-to-day manufacturing operations to help meet production goals.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure product quality.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing to minimize waste and improve productivity.
• Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency.
