Job summary

Baker Hughes Company offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduates. Interns gain hands-on experience across projects, learn internal software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

You will be mentored by a buddy and manager, with coaching to develop learning and skills, while becoming familiar with HS&E culture and our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree program (Engineering, Technology, Mechanics or STEM-related).
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the country of application without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects, conducting research and data analysis.
• Participate in design processes, creating drawings or prototypes for new products or technologies.
• Keep records of experiments and project documents, and prepare reports.
