Job summary

The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. You’ll participate in focused training, work on projects, and present your results, with mentorship from a buddy and manager.

During the internship you will be exposed to HS&E practices and Baker Hughes culture, and you will collaborate with global teams while learning internal software and tools

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Demonstrate knowledge of digital sales approaches and negotiation skills.
• Able to analyze and resolve problems and work in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to document, plan, market and execute programs.
• Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver business outcomes and identify process improvements.
• Learn internal software and tools to support analysis, reporting, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to pipeline development with Solution Architects in early growth.
• Suggest ideas for commercial solutions and support product leadership.
• Define project strategies and coordinate with regional sales leads.
• Share content across teams and leverage Digital Delivery solutions.
• Conduct market research and validate customer and market scenarios.
• Contribute to the GTS Digital portfolio and thought leadership content.
