Job summary

Dikton, a leading Italian industrial company, seeks a Platform Manager to coordinate the product platform and ensure objectives in timing, cost, quality, and performance. You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Product Management to drive platform evolution and alignment with business goals.

The role requires experience in platform/program/project management within automotive or industrial environments, strong organizational and stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Platform Management, Program Management, or Project Management within structured automotive or industrial companies.
• Solid knowledge of product development processes and the main project/program management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, and projects with high technical complexity.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical approach, decision-making autonomy, and strong results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the product platform roadmap and its evolution.
• Liaise with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Product Management.
• Monitor timing, costs, quality, performance and risks of development programs.
• Ensure coordination among different projects and interdependencies.
• Manage key milestones and support decision-making through analysis and reporting.
• Identify issues, risks and opportunities and define corrective actions.
• Foster alignment among internal and external stakeholders, including international environments.
• Contribute to platform evolution strategies and investment priorities.
