Piovan S.p.A. seeks an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate the Technical Department, overseeing engineering activities, the design, development, and industrialization of products and systems.

You will collaborate with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing to deliver innovative, high‑quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards, driving performance and compliance.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in a leadership role in plant engineering/industrial systems.
• Experience in heat transfer or chiller industry preferred.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead the Technical Office team of engineers and draftsmen.
• Coordinate design and development of products and customer projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to define specifications and proposals.
• Support Production during industrialization and problem-solving.
• Manage technical documentation and drawings.
• Monitor timelines, costs and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
