EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead wearable electronic product development from concept to launch. You will coordinate with engineering, product management, marketing, design, supply chain, and manufacturing to balance technical feasibility, cost, and time-to-market while delivering high-quality user experiences.

The role emphasizes hardware-software integration, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing/product development.
• Master's Degree in engineering (electronic or mechanical) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end development of wearable electronic products with cross-functional teams.
• Define product architecture, milestones, and risk mitigation with hardware, firmware, software, UX, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, track deliverables, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Identify technical and operational risks and implement contingency plans.
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and design partners to ensure on-time delivery and contract sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and performance standards.
• Contribute to improved program management processes and development cycles.
• Provide regular project updates to executives and stakeholders.
