Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking an experienced EHS leader to directly support and implement strategies for Global EHS and EMA Field Service operations. You will act as the technical expert for EHS field operations in the EMA region, manage foundational EHS systems, and drive continual improvement from an EHS perspective.

Responsibilities include directing EHS programs globally with EMA emphasis, deploying corporate EHS policies, and leading ISO-aligned system implementations.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental and/or Health and Safety Science or related field with 5–7+ years in industrial/petrochemical environments.
• Experience interacting with all organizational levels (Elliott, subcontractors, customers).
• Working knowledge of EMA EHS regulatory framework and EMS (ISO 14001/45001).
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, databases).
• EHS certifications: RSPP (Italy) and NEBOSH IGC; ASP/CSP/CHMM desirable.
