Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a senior EHS leader to directly support and implement strategies for Global EHS and EMA Field Service operations. You will serve as the technical expert for EMA field operations and drive risk reduction through robust EHS controls and policy deployment.

The role oversees foundational EHS systems globally with a focus on field operations, regulatory liaison, audits, and continuous improvement across the EMA region. Based in Italy with remote working options.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental and/or Health and Safety Science or related field; 5–7 years in industrial/petrochemical environments.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written communication skills for cross-level interaction.
• Working knowledge of EMA EHS regulations and EHS management systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related databases.

Mansioni

• Directs and manages EHS programs and systems globally with emphasis on EMA field operations.
• Deploys Elliott EHS policy across responsibility area.
• Leads implementation of ISO-based EHS systems and internal processes.
