Fedrigoni Group, based in Caponago, Lombardy, seeks a senior EHS leader to define and drive the global EHS strategy across international operations. You will lead the global HSE network, standardize practices, monitor KPIs, and report insights to the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include partnering with Business Unit leaders to implement safety programs, drive continuous improvement, and manage the EHS budget and training initiatives while promoting a zero-harm culture.

Competenze

• Senior leader with global EHS experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of international HSE regulations.
• Relevant university degree and EHS certifications.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the global EHS strategy across international operations.
• Provide functional leadership to the global HSE network.
• Monitor EHS performance through KPIs and report insights to the ELT.
• Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including ESG reporting components.
