Capri Holdings Limited in Lombardy is seeking a Senior Manager, Health & Safety for the EMEA region. You will lead the H&S system implementation and ensure regulatory alignment across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, KPI reporting, training delivery, and collaboration with HR, store development, and external partners to embed a strong safety culture across offices, retail, and distribution.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma (or international equivalent).
• Chartered IOSH (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation across EMEA.
• Experience conducting H&S audits (ISO 45001) and corrective actions.
• Experience managing third-party providers and consultants.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the Health & Safety Management System across the EMEA region, aligned to ISO 45001.
• Support the execution of H&S strategy within EMEA, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
• Drive compliance by establishing inspection, audit, and monitoring programmes across offices, retail, and distribution.
• Monitor and interpret health & safety legislation across EMEA markets and implement policies.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions; identify trends & lessons learned.
• Produce regular H&S performance reports for regional leadership, tracking KPIs and risks.
• Partner with HR and leaders on health, safety and wellbeing matters; support risk assessments.
• Support insurance and claims processes across EMEA with coordination of loss adjusters.
• Collaborate with Store Development, Construction, and Facilities on safety in new openings and refurbishments.
• Identify training needs and deliver H&S training programmes to build regional capability.
• Act as a key EMEA contact for regulators, consultants, and service providers.
• Proactively identify risks and hazards and recommend control measures.
• Manage and develop a small regional H&S team and/or external partners.
• Contribute to global H&S initiatives and projects.
