Evolus is seeking an experienced International Professional Education Manager to join the International Marketing team in Milan. The role leads education programs for Evolus’ aesthetic portfolio across markets, coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality in-person and digital learning experiences.

You will manage end-to-end initiatives, develop materials, engage KOLs, and drive omnichannel education while ensuring compliance, timeliness, and budget

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in professional education, training, or similar programs, preferably for healthcare providers.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Operations and external agencies.
• Experience in regulated environments and understanding of scientific/clinical claims.
• Data-driven mindset to track metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Design and execute signature education programs across multiple markets.
• Own end-to-end education initiatives with plans, budgets, approvals, and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for live trainings, workshops, congresses, and digital events.
• Develop educational materials (agendas, slides, workbooks, guides) aligned with brand standards.
• Support KOL/faculty engagement, including contracts and onboarding; maintain a faculty database.
• Advance omnichannel education with digital and in-person learning journeys; build modular content.
