Beiersdorf in Italy is seeking a Medical Relations & Digital Opinion Leader Manager to drive Eucerin’s medical engagement strategy with a focus on Dermatology and related fields. You will act as the main liaison with KOLs, DOLs, pharmacists and healthcare professionals, delivering scientific engagements and partnerships.

You will localize global medical strategies, develop annual plans, and collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Sales and Training teams to ensure compliant, impactful initiatives

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years in Medical Affairs or related field.
• Proven experience in KOL/DOL management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience planning congresses and scientific events.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Localize and execute the global medical strategy at country level.
• Develop annual medical engagement plans aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Identify trends and opportunities in dermatology and skin health.
• Ensure medical activities are scientifically sound and compliant.
• Lead omnichannel engagement plans to maximize reach and impact.
