About the job:

We are currently looking for a Education Assistant EMEA who will join the Retail Experience EMEA based in Milan, directly reporting to the Senior Education Manager EMEA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, and eager to learn, actively contributing to our team.

How you will contribute:

• Support the REX Regional team for the coordination & execution of the EMEA key countries’ training plan / calendar / activities
• Support the REX Regional team for the coordination & organization of BC & commercial seminars / trainings
• Support the REX Regional team for the coordination of EMEA key countries’ needs for uniforms / incentives / BC gifts
• Work closely with Global Education / EMEA / GTM teams to adapt and facilitate Training Modules created by Central which support business objective
• Ensure timely and detailed feedback to REX Regional team related to all learning modules with qualitative insights on facilitation
• Support store-specific initiatives and pilots as needed
• Organize administrative responsibilities
• Track and measure main KPIs
• Key seminars final reporting
