Angelini Pharma in Rome seeks a Development Project Leader to drive drug development programs from preclinical to late-stage Clinical (Ph III). You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial, acting as asset CEO to align with corporate goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and deep understanding of drug development, with 10–15 years of global experience in pharma and CNS assets; MBA or PMP is a strong

Competenze

Advanced degree in Neuroscience (e.g., PhD, PharmD, or MSc) is required or strongly preferred.
MBA or PMP certification is a strong plus for governance and project management.
10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries with global cross-functional leadership.
Strong understanding of preclinical to late clinical development and regulatory landscape.
