Job summary

Coesia S.p.A. in Bologna invites an experienced Group Finance Controlling professional to lead divisional closing, data consolidation and management reporting in an international setting.

You will drive quality, consistency and speed of financial information while advancing digitalization of Finance processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, P&L and cash flow understanding, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Controlling, FP&A, Management Reporting or similar Finance roles in international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow dynamics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with cross-country interaction.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or BI tools valued.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the monthly management closing process at divisional level with timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee collection, consolidation and validation of economic and financial data from Group companies.
• Prepare divisional management reporting, dashboards and presentations.
• Analyze performance, trends and profitability; identify deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Act as key contact for Group companies on controlling and reporting topics; standardize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation of reporting using BI tools like Power BI.
• Support cross-functional Finance projects and harmonize Finance tools and processes.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
