Loacker Austria seeks a Digital Commerce Acceleration Specialist to turn e-commerce strategy into actionable execution across marketplaces, DTC, Quick Commerce and social channels. You will analyze markets, partner with local teams, improve content, pricing, availability and promos, and drive digital shelf insights to raise profitability.

The role offers an international, collaborative environment with onboarding support from the Loacker Academy and a 3+2 home office possibility; starting salary

Competenze

• Several years working in e-commerce sales with exposure to marketplaces, 1P/3P, DTC, social commerce or quick commerce.
• Solid understanding of marketplace and e-retailer mechanics with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience working across markets or with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; German and/or Italian a strong plus.

To strengthen our Global Digital Commerce team, we are looking for a Digital Commerce Acceleration Specialist. This role turns e-commerce strategy into repeatable market execution, helping markets improve availability, content quality, visibility, conversion, and profitability across key digital channels (Marketplaces, DTC, Quick Commerce, Social Commerce.).

YOUR TASKS

• Analyze underperforming markets or channels, diagnose root causes, and work with local teams on prioritized action plans across assortment mix efficiency, promo effectiveness, content, pricing, assortment, retail media, availability, and profitability
• Work hands-on with local teams to improve processes, procedures, execution workflows, and operating routines that help actions move forward and deliver results
• Drive effective use of digital shelf analytics and selected e-commerce tools, using insights to ensure digital shelf fundamentals are in place
• Connect global and local teams across commercial, marketing, customer service, logistics, controlling, finance and IT
• Identify best practices of high-performing markets and turn it into reusable standards, training, templates, playbooks and market coaching to support practical market execution
• Track KPIs and roadmap progress across markets, consolidate business review inputs, identify performance gaps, and support the definition of priorities, action plans, and risk mitigation measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration
• Several years working in e-commerce sales with hands-on exposure to multiple models such as marketplaces, 1P, 3P, DTC, social commerce, or quick commerce
• Solid understanding of key marketplace and e-retailer mechanics, strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
• Experience working across markets or with international stakeholders
• Fluent English required; German and/or Italian a strong plus

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
