Nokia is seeking a results-driven Market Intelligence and Business Development professional to drive growth through market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification. You will analyze trends and customer segments, support go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to build a healthy pipeline.

The role focuses on transforming insights into actionable strategies, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring timely qualification and follow-up of prospects

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or data analytics.
• 5–8 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, sales operations, strategy, or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, account prioritization, and opportunity identification.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems and external data sources for lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Tracks and reports on lead-generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development.
