• Experience delivering ERP, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Must have exposure to Dynamics 365 ERP or comparable platforms.
• Experience in multi-team or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong planning, backlog management, and requirements clarification.
• Experience with structured delivery frameworks and governance models.

• Own day-to-day delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring scope and readiness.
• Shape delivery plans, budgets, governance, and risks for mobilization.
• Contribute to SOWs with assumptions, risks, and change control.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across architecture, build, testing, and customer activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery among architects, developers, consultants, testers, and customer SMEs.
• Manage requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog readiness.
• Drive testing readiness and go-live preparation.
• Maintain RAID discipline and escalate risks early.
• Lead governance forums for decisions and risk reviews.
• Communicate status and risk updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support customers in requirements, testing, data readiness, and decision-making.
