ECO3, a leading global supplier of prepress systems to the printing industry, seeks a technical specialist to provide worldwide support and on-site assistance as needed.

You will train customers and technicians, assist beta-testing, report issues, and diagnose remote system problems, with a readiness to travel 25–30% of time. The role requires an electromechanical engineering background and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Fluent English speaking and writing required.
• Travel willingness 25-30% of working time.
• Electromechanical engineering bachelor or master degree is required; CRON CTP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing worldwide technical assistance via phone/email and on-site when necessary as a product specialist.
• Delivering technical training globally for customer service technicians and trainers.
• Supporting beta-testing through testing, installation, basic training, and ongoing support.
• Reporting customer issues, recommendations, and other process-related problems.
• Diagnosing, resolving, and repairing system issues remotely to support local technicians.
• Preparing monthly reports for meetings covering product portfolio issues.
