Job summary

Crit Experts & Cadres is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Ponte San Pietro headquarters. You will install, commission, and maintain high-tech machinery across Europe, train users, and provide on-site and remote support.

Travel about 50% is expected while contributing to machine testing and validation with production teams. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of field service or industrial maintenance experience, fluent French, and strong reading of technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and professional-level English or Italian
• 5–7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
• Proven experience working with CNC machines
• Good mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software
• Willingness to travel across Europe ~50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Install and commission machines at customer sites across Europe
• Train users on how to operate the equipment
• Diagnose breakdowns and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Participate in machine testing and validation with production teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through technical expertise
