Amplifon is offering a Global CRM Internship based in Milan for six months, starting September 2026. You will support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across markets, contributing to campaigns, journeys, and performance analysis in a truly international environment.

You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, coordinate CRM activities, analyze data, and help optimize processes while gaining exposure to a global leader in hearing care solutions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills with proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Support design and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Coordinate CRM activities across markets ensuring global guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights to improve results.
