Openjobmetis S.P.A. is seeking an International Sales Manager for its cosmetics and nutraceuticals division in Rome, Italy. You will plan future commercial objectives and guide a high-performing sales team to reach them.

Reporting to the GM, you will develop long-term strategy, manage major accounts, and oversee budgets while traveling to industry events and client meetings as needed.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cosmetics and/or nutraceutical sector, within an international context.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level).

Mansioni

• Define long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives.
• Develop and coordinate distribution networks and a sales team in Italy.
• Coordinate and motivate the sales team with clear goals.
• Attend industry trade shows and client meetings.
• Prepare reports with forecasts and future sales analyses.
