Azienda Anonima, a cosmetic contract manufacturer, is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its commercial team at its Monza Brianza headquarters. You will lead end-to-end cosmetic development projects for international customers and coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

You will serve as the client contact, drive milestones, prepare quotations, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with production facilities, and manage orders through launch.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in PM, Sales Account, or Customer Management in cosmetic contract manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Russian language fluency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Languages or related field.
• Solid understanding of the beauty industry and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of cosmetic development projects for international customers, working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, Packaging Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth project experience from concept definition through product launch.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify the most suitable formulation, packaging, color, and commercial solutions based on customer needs.
• Drive project execution by tracking milestones, coordinating activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Contribute to the preparation of quotations, business proposals, and customer agreements.
• Oversee technical documentation and support product validation processes in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with production facilities and external partners to ensure efficient project development and implementation.
• Follow order management activities, monitoring progress and ensuring timely updates throughout the process.
• Address customer requests and resolve issues proactively, maintaining a high level of service during both development and post-launch phases.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Account, or Customer Management roles within the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Fluent in Russian (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Languages, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the beauty industry and product development processes.
