Job summary

Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. is seeking a Global Contract Segment Specialist to support the Contract Management function within the Transformer Segment, globally.

You will work with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Sales, and Supply Chain across geographies, contributing to contract performance and claim strategy. With strong negotiation, analytical skills, and a structured approach, you will guide contract execution, review tender terms, and ensure compliance with BU directives.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end assistance and guidance for the entire lifecycle of the contract.
• Ensure the portfolio of contracts across the Segment follows contract and claim management methodologies globally.
• Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements related to the Segment.
• Reviews and comments on commercial tender terms and conditions; analyzes prime contract terms for opportunities and risks; negotiate contracts.
