HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan is seeking a Global Contract Segment Specialist to support the Contract Management function within the Transformer Segment, globally.

You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, collaborate with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Sales and Supply Chain across geographies. You should have a law degree, 10+ years in contract management, strong negotiation skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel 30-40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management experience.
• Experience with large projects and complex contracts.
• Multicultural/team-based environment experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support in accordance with directives.
• Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements.
• Review tender terms and negotiate conditions to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with contract management methodologies across the segment.
