Saipem, a global leader in energy and infrastructure, seeks a Contract Manager for international projects based in Milan. The role covers pre-award and execution phases, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring risk-aware contracting practices.

Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 5 years in contract management, with fluent English. Hybrid working model with occasional worldwide travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Admin, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management in international/project settings.
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead contractual analysis of tender documentation and identify risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, suppliers.
• Provide contractual guidance to Commercial, Tendering, Procurement and Operations.
• Support contract execution, including administration, claims, and change management.
• Contribute to contract management excellence and junior development.
