Publicis Groupe in Italy, Milan region, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our Creative Team and elevate national and international campaigns. The role requires 6/7 years in international agencies and a strong background in Art Direction or Copywriting.

You will lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, and Social, mentor juniors, present concepts to clients, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6/7 years of experience in international creative agencies.
• Strong creative background in either Art Direction or Copywriting with a portfolio showcasing standout thinking and execution.
• Proven ability to build integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social.
• Experience with global brands and complex communication ecosystems.

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Emerging Media channels.
• Shape and elevate the creative vision for national and international brands, ensuring excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with Strategy, Client Services and Production to turn business challenges into impactful creative solutions.
• Present and sell creative concepts to clients with confidence, clarity and strategic rationale.
