Deal - Solutions That Make The Difference is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for civil works globally.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, 3+ years in project management for heavy machinery, and fluency in Italian and English. Office-based with occasional supplier site visits; smart working 1 day weekly.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera; AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to delivery and assembly.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.
• Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities with technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with clear reporting.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols; drive continuous improvement.
