Deal - Solutions That Make The Difference is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for civil works globally.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, 3+ years in project management for heavy machinery, and fluency in Italian and English. Office-based with occasional supplier site visits; smart working 1 day weekly.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera; AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.

Deal equipment has been used in the construction of over 5.9 million sqm of decks all over the world with Deal's parent company executing directly roughly 2.5 million sqm of these. the Role

We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly.

Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Ensure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.

Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.

Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field.

3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail.

Proficient in project management software (e.G., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.G., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Working conditions

Office-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations.

Permanent job.

Annual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO.

Smart Working 1 day per week.
