thyssenkrupp nucera Italy, Milan, seeks an experienced after-sales support specialist to liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely supply of components and services according to engineering specs. You will build trust with the client to support Components and Plant Sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling client requests, drafting offers, managing orders in ERP, and coordinating procurement for projects, with emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in after-sales support, preferably in industrial plant engineering.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and autonomy.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Manage interactions with Client and internal teams to meet component supply requests.
• Prepare and review technical/commercial offers with other departments as needed.
• Draft and close client complaints related to projects; report outcomes.
• Enter orders into ERP and monitor project progress.
• Finalize supply contracts and verify purchase orders.
• Prepare and monitor reports on requests/projects and follow up with teams.
• Coordinate project-based procurement and material/shipping follow-up.
• Produce internal commercial and financial reports for management.
