thyssenkrupp nucera Italy is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation erection activities on-site in Milano. You will coordinate with project management, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of commissioning readiness.

The role requires strong field supervision experience, proficiency with design tools, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel and relocate if required is essential, with a focus on international

Competenze

Strong Electrical and/or Instrumentation erection supervision background.
Experience with HT/LT/MV/LV and 3‑phase power equipment controls is a plus.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Review site project work packages (SoW, Site Instructions, manuals) and align with standards and client specs.
Inspect and evaluate delivered items, report issues, and collaborate with the engineering team.
Define erection strategy with PM/CM and align schedules with contract requirements.
Lead E&I team on site, ensuring safety, quality and on-time execution.
Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
