• Structure and prepare comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and responses to tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external customers, aligning them with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all bids, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system, analyzing key business metrics to support the sales team.
