Panthr is seeking a Global E-Commerce Manager to drive commercial growth for its international e-commerce business. The role focuses on managing key online retail partners across Europe and beyond, combining KAM and digital commerce strategy to expand distribution and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in e-commerce KAM or digital commercial roles within beauty, with proven success across multiple European markets and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management or Digital Commercial roles within Beauty.
• Proven experience managing international online retail partners such as Brick & Click retailers and Pure Players.
• Experience working across multiple European markets (Pan-European scope preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in business development and account expansion.
• Experience driving sell-out growth through assortment optimization, pricing, promotions and digital shelf initiatives.
• Comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into commercial action plans.
• Hands-on attitude balancing strategic thinking with execution.

• Own the commercial relationship with international e-commerce retailers (Brick & Click, Pure Players).
• Identify new opportunities and onboard strategic online retail partners.
• Lead negotiations to expand brand distribution across international e-commerce accounts.
