Wella Operations US LLC seeks an energetic E-commerce Key Account Manager to lead and grow our key online channels. You will craft data-driven strategies, manage relationships, and drive profitability across major pureplay accounts.

You will develop joint plans, optimize marketing levers, and partner with CRM, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver measurable growth and customer lifetime value while staying ahead of industry trends.

Competenze

• Degree in economics, marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of KAM or similar experience in e-commerce.
• Experience in Beauty Industry.
• Strong English communication.
• Analytical mindset with ecommerce metrics.

Mansioni

• Own the holistic e-commerce business across key accounts with revenue growth and profitability ownership.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with KPIs like traffic, conversion, and AOV.
• Drive digital growth levers including media investment and on-site merchandising.
• Activate lifecycle programs with CRM/marketing to boost acquisition and retention.
• Analyze performance using ecommerce analytics; translate insights into actions.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms and trade investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and digital readiness.
• Optimize digital shelf fundamentals: assortment, pricing, ratings, search visibility, conversions.
• Prepare high-impact business reviews and growth proposals for stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of evolving ecommerce trends and platform innovations.
