Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Expert to deliver high-quality data integration solutions that connect our systems with customers and partners worldwide. You will support project coordination, documentation, and solution design, validate EDI/API specs, perform mapping, coordinate programming slots, test integrations, and drive go-live sign-off.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in data integration or related technical project roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to project delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Passion for customer excellence, self-management, and teamwork.
• Experience with EDI/API integrations and logistics systems is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Validate EDI/API specifications and requirements, perform logical mapping, request programming slots, prepare systems, test integrations, and provide go-live approval.
• Manage steady-state operations and provide post go-live support.
• Document project progress, interface details, and support requests in Jira and JSM.
• Ensure proper handover documentation for future support and collaboration with KN GS.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and team knowledge sharing.
