Job summary

SKF Aerospace seeks a Global Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to lead transformation of the aerospace supply chain and purchasing strategy across Europe and the US. This senior role requires enterprise leadership with hands-on execution to improve customer service, inventory, working capital and cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership across supply chain and purchasing in international manufacturing.
• Proven ability to shape supply chain transformation and standardize workflows.
• Deep knowledge of demand and supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, inventory and NWC.
• Experience in direct-material purchasing and supplier strategy.
• Proven ability to deliver cost reduction and value creation.
• Experience with design-to-cost, value engineering or similar initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the aerospace supply chain strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead purchasing category, sourcing, and supplier strategy for Europe and US.
• Improve supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery and risk.
• Drive Integrated Cost Reduction with measurable pipelines.
• Collaborate across functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance) to enable cost-effective design and sourcing.
• Develop governance, data and KPIs to ensure accountability and impact.
