Job summary

Page Executive is recruiting a Global Supply Chain Director for a leading international industrial manufacturer. You will define and execute a global supply chain strategy to deliver service excellence, efficiency and scalable operations across 15+ production sites.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations and Finance, oversee end-to-end planning, procurement, logistics and distribution, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years in SCM within international manufacturing environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading global or multi-regional B2B supply chain organisations.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain discipline: S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics & Distribution, Network Optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global B2B supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the supply chain agenda across 15+ production sites with consistency and excellence.
• Partner with Commercial and Business Leaders to anticipate market developments and growth opportunities.
• Support the COO on strategic projects including plant relocations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: demand planning, procurement, production scheduling and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and optimise inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to forecast demand and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Advance customer experience through service excellence and process improvements.
• Promote innovation and leverage technology for visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify risks and opportunities from industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives for new product launches and market expansions.
