CHEP is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of CHEP customers, drive growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships across a global framework. You will work with Sales, Operations and Category Management to design strategies that boost revenue, efficiency, and customer experience, leading reviews, tenders, and sustainability-aligned initiatives.

This is an international, outcomes-driven role.

Competenze

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing, field-based role.
• Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads via expansion and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Category Management to plan strategy.
• Conduct regular business reviews, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor account performance with KPIs to improve customer experience.
• Oversee annual audit processes and recover outstanding fees.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Support integration of sustainability initiatives with customers.
