ADP seeks a Global Account Manager for our Multinational Accounts unit in Madrid. You will drive growth by exceeding sales targets with regional HQs and international subsidiaries, engaging C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure strategic payroll and SaaS solutions.

You will develop opportunities, manage end-to-end deals, and collaborate with a bid team and country partners to deliver valued outcomes. International travel is required.

Competenze

• 5–10 years in SaaS, HCM or payroll sales, preferably Global Accounts.
• Proven track record in multi-country deals and C-suite engagements.
• Strong ability to prospect, influence and close complex contracts.
• Experience with Challenger selling and territory planning.
• Comfort with travel and international client meetings.

• Own a defined geographic territory and manage full sales cycle to close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using ADP processes.
• Engage high-potential prospects via diverse lead sources.
• Lead regular reviews of metrics, market performance, and pipeline health.
