Job summary

ABB in Monza, Italy, is seeking a Chapter Product Manager for Air Circuit Breakers to shape the offer portfolio, translate European market needs into clear specifications and development plans, and drive lifecycle activities across launch, pricing and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional, international teams in an Agile environment to deliver value.

You will capture market and customer requirements, maintain product ecosystem artifacts, support customers and the sales team

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess market size, trends and competitors to identify offering gaps and ABB’s positioning.
• Capture market and customer requirements and convert them into offer specifications and development actions.
• Manage technical specifications and help build the business case for ACBs.
• Support customers and the sales team on technical topics related to ACBs.
• Maintain product ecosystem artifacts (master data, documentation, configuration tools).
• Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver value incrementally.
