ABB zoekt een medewerker die het Chapter Product Management voor Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van het offertes-portfolio en bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen. Dagelijks zorgt men voor inzicht in marktbehoeften in Europa en zet dit om in offerte-specificaties en activiteiten.

Daarnaast toont men expertise in lifecycle-activiteiten zoals ontwikkeling, lancering, prijsstelling en winstgevendheid.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Management) vereist.
• Sterke ervaring in cross-functionele teams en internationale samenwerking.
• Goede beheersing van Engels in woord en schrift.
• Gronddel voor elektrische producten en technische oplossingen.
• Analytisch en oplossingsgericht; resultaatgericht met innovatiekracht.
• Kennis Agile is een plus; ervaring in elektrisch/industriëel domein is een plus.

Responsabilités

• Ondersteunen van de Chapter Product Manager voor ACB's bij portfolio-optimalisatie.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het omzetten van markteisen naar offerte-specificaties en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten.
• Beheren van lifecycle activiteiten, ontwikkeling, lancering, prijsstelling en winstgevendheid van ACB-oplossingen.
• Ondersteunen van klanten en verkoop bij technische topics met betrekking tot ACB's.
• Beheren van het product-ecosysteem, masterdata, documentatie en configuratie-tools.
• Werken in een Agile-teamomgeving en continu leveren van waarde.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Chapter Product Manager for Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) in optimizing the offer portfolio and support in the development of new solutions.

Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements for air circuit breakers with focus on Europe region and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability of our ACBs solutions.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Conducting valuation of market size and trends, as well as competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB’s market standing.
• Understanding and collecting market and customer requirements, and their impact on new developments for ACBs offer portfolio
• Managing the technical specifications of the assigned products and supporting in developing the business case.
• Support customers and sales team on technical topics related to the ACBs.
• Manage product ecosystem including master data, documentation and design and configuration tools
• Working within an Agile Team environment, embracing Agile methodology and practices to deliver value incrementally

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related discipline)
• Strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional international teams
• You're at ease communicating in English.
• Genuine interest in electrical products and passion for technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented mindset with an innovation-focused approach. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and iterative development processes is considered a plus
• Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker technology is considered a plus
• Product management, or engineering roles experiences within the electrical/industrial sector is considered a plus

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: € 36.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus

The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
