Dainese, the global leader in protective equipment and apparel for motorcycling and dynamic sports, seeks a Consumer Care Specialist to support ecommerce orders, returns, product information and after-sales services for a global consumer base.

You will collaborate with digital operations and accounting for marketplace management, while maintaining high service levels and leveraging your German and English fluency across multiple channels.

Competenze

• Multilingual native speaker or fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication skills, correct grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience or passion for the motorbike industry.
• Collaborative, flexible, positive, team player, eager to learn.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound emails, calls, chats, directly to/from final consumers for ecommerce topics.
• Ensure inquiries are answered in a timely manner based on SLAs.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams on shipment status.
• Coordinate with couriers on shipment issues.
• Coordinate with company-owned stores to manage end customers (B2C).
• Analyze product complaints and provide best solutions.
• Analyze paid repair requests and provide optimal solutions.
• Manage product reviews and Q&As.
• Assist with proofreading on Dainese, AGV, TCX websites.
