Overview

German-Speaking Customer Technical Advisor - Greece w/ Relocation (Remote from Greece Possible)

We are seeking German-speaking candidates for a remote customer support project based in Athens, Greece. This opportunity includes the possibility to work remotely from Athens after relocation support is provided.

Position Overview: As a Customer Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing technical support. You will assist consumers by phone, ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded and resolved in line with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, following established processes
  • Accurately log customer queries and feedback in the system
  • Handle customer complaints according to escalation policies
  • Ensure all support requests are addressed within agreed service levels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using available resources
  • Provide solutions to common technical questions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Native or fluent German language skills
  • Good command of English (minimum C1 level)
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good active listening and communication abilities
