Element Biosciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in Italy and travel across the EMEA region. The role requires hands-on installation, qualification, and maintenance of next generation sequencers, with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.

The candidate should have 1+ years in field service or related engineering, plus NGS experience. Proficiency in MATLAB/Python/C++/Java and English/Italian is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or MS in a related field with 1+ years of field service/engineering experience.
• Experience with NGS sequencing instrument and sequencing run setup.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Provide onsite installation, qualification, upgrades, repairs and preventative maintenance on next generation sequencers.
• Identify root causes and resolve product issues in the field.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Support service contracts sales and other service products.
• Frequent travel inside the EMEA region.
