Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence is seeking a General Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will drive P&L, strategic planning and brand standards while inspiring a diverse workforce to deliver memorable moments.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with department heads and owners to maximise performance and guest satisfaction, in line with RHG's Yes I Can spirit.

Competenze

• Experience in hotel management or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker, problem-solving skills and passionate for hospitality.
• Balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and commercial results for stakeholders.
• Work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation, and ensure budget adherence.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence

As a General Manager you are responsible for leading and supporting your team on a daily basis and ensure the successful operation of the hotel. You will be the representative person of our RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team.

You will:

• You have experience in hotel management or in a related field.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You are a strategic thinker, problem-solving skills and passionate for hospitality
• You will balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
• You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
• Reporting to the Managing Director.

• MICE and sales experience within the Tuscany market
• Experience in a resort is a plus
