Gestirai le enquiries, favorirai la conversione in contratti, supporterai il team e assicurerai livelli elevati di servizio a clienti e ospiti, collaborando con i reparti per ottimizzare le opportunità di business.

Competenze

• Esperienza in ruolo M&E, idealmente in albergo o ospitalità.
• Ottima capacità di comunicazione in tedesco e inglese.
• Leadership ispiratrice e attitudine positiva al problem solving.

As a Group M&E Supervisor of the Meeting & Events Sales Cluster, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of the Cluster M&E department. You’ll help drive enquiry conversion, maintain exceptional service standards, and support the development of the team, ensuring every client and guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. We are looking for a new talent to add to our Milan-based team, focused on selling groups for our German, Swiss and Austrian hotels.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry Excellence: Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times.
• Sales Conversion: Drive conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Team Support & Leadership: Support, coach, and assist team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Cluster Groups & M&E department.
• Client & Guest Experience: Deliver a consistently high level of service, ensuring both property and company standards are achieved.
• Sales Culture: Contribute to a proactive, sales-driven environment by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to maximise client satisfaction and resolve challenges with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Qualifiche

• You already have experience in a Meetings & Events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• You are an inspiring leader, able to guide a team with your “Yes, I can!” attitude.
• You have a strategic mindset and can familiarize yourself with various topics, developing them independently and proactively in a timely manner.
• Professional communication in German and English is no challenge for you.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and can confidently conduct negotiations in both German and English.
• You are a creative problem solver with an eye for detail.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• You have a passion for delivering outstanding guest and client experiences.
• You are skilled with IT systems on various platforms.
