Kirey is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and industrialize Generative AI applications from prototype to production.

You will work with cloud-native architectures, RAG workflows, and agentic solutions, leveraging AWS and Databricks, collaborating with Product, Cloud, Data, and Security teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions in Rome or Florence on a hybrid basis.

The role combines hands-on coding with setting standards and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.

Competenze

• 1 to 5 years hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM applications.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and API integration.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and industrialize GenAI applications from prototyping to production deployment.
• Develop agentic workflows and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, function calling, and service orchestration.
• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to complement GenAI solutions where traditional ML approaches are more suitable.
• Select and evaluate the most appropriate approach based on use case requirements.
• Deploy and operate GenAI/ML solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure and leveraging Databricks for data pipelines.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code review.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model versioning, retraining, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions into production.
• Define standards and best practices for adopting GenAI in enterprise contexts.
