Corteva Agriscience is hiring a Category Marketing Manager Fungicides for a fixed-term maternity replacement in Cremona, Italy. You will craft and execute the fungicides marketing strategy for Italy, oversee portfolio planning, and coordinate campaigns with sales, regulatory, supply, and regional teams to drive growth and profitability.

You will translate complex agronomic content into clear customer messaging for distributors, retailers, consultants and farmers, while supporting demand planning

Competenze

• Marketing experience in agriculture or crop protection is essential.
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing or related field.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the fungicides marketing strategy for Italy.
• Own portfolio plan with positioning, pricing and GTM across crops and segments.
• Lead cross-functional contributors to align inputs into portfolio and campaign plans.
• Support IBP and demand planning with market intelligence and forecast inputs.
• Drive pricing discipline and monitor market dynamics.
• Build and execute annual campaign plans with digital and field activation.
• Translate technical content into customer-centric messaging for distributors, retailers, and farmers.
• Identify growth opportunities and prepare business cases for approval.
• Manage the P&A budget and track campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain brand consistency with corporate identity across campaigns.
• Develop market intelligence using internal data and field feedback.
