Teamsystem is seeking a senior full-stack developer to design and implement features across the company's platform, owning the lifecycle from API design to UI. You will build robust backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and RESTful APIs, develop modern interfaces with React/TypeScript, and contribute to architectural decisions in an Agile environment.

Join an international, growth-focused team in Milano or Pesaro, with flexible hybrid work and a total compensation package of 53,000–66,000 EUR

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code on both frontend and backend

What skills do we look for?

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices
• Experience with front-end development in React.js
• Experience working with MongoDB
• Proven experience using modern coding assistants effectively and thoughtfully, with a strong focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements when needed, make pragmatic technical decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).Nice to have: Familiarity with NestJS, Fastify or Express
• Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality and security gates
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration and E2E tests)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
